 Found relatively New Townhouse with an active water leak behind the Vinyl siding on the OSB sheathing. Cause was due to poor flashing  installation. 

I musty smell prompted further  investigation first with a Thermal Imaging Camera, then Moisture Meter followed by a borescope for final visual confirmation.

General Repairs are all of those miscellaneous areas that are in need and have been in need usually for many years.

They can be almost anything.

From Carpentry, to painting, to Drywall and many more.

 One repair I seem to do a lot of is drywall Repair from Wet, Stained, Scratched, Holes, Bad Joints and just about any other kind of repair you can think can repaired. 

When I am done you will never know there was every damage to the drywall. 

Until You see it after washing it's difficult to know how dirty your house siding, decks, concrete, brick and more are.

Pool concrete composite & wood decks have mold growth you don't even realize is there. During washing you can even smell the slimy staining coming off.

Interior and exterior small paint jobs. Most of my painting is done in the course of building new or repairing materials that need painting. I will be happy to look at your project to see if falls in my scope of work.

 ​I have repaired more doors and windows than my share. Some of the doors were damaged so bad the owners gave up on them and wanted a new one. I am usually able to repair them, but will replace if necessary.
