 Found relatively New Townhouse with an active water leak behind the Vinyl siding on the OSB sheathing. Cause was due to poor flashing  installation. 

I musty smell prompted further  investigation first with a Thermal Imaging Camera, then Moisture Meter followed by a borescope for final visual confirmation.

We Believe the best way to approach detecting indoor mold spore contamination is first with air sampling for airborne  microscopic particles containing mold spores.

We collect 1 outside air samples to gather base line levels of current airborne contamination. We then collect 2 interior air sample for comparison.

 These 3 samples will be sent to a certified laboratory for analysis results for comparison of the 1 outside sample to the 2 inside samples. The closer the levels match the healthier your home is.

If the inside sample has a greater mold spore count than outside samples, the more mold contamination is present in your homes air.

At this point, having certified laboratory spore counts,  further narrowing down of the mold source location is evaluated with my client.

Using thermal Imaging to identify area's of energy loss. This example shows severe winter cold air intrusion. In the summer it would be hot air intrusion. In either case it is causing higher energy costs Guaranteed 

We can identify lack of insulation, weather stripping and any other area for real time energy loss areas in your home or business.

One other benefit is the ability to locate potential water damage inside a wall not visible  without Thermal Image Inspection.

This information can then be used to apply further inspection to verify the problem.

There are too many uses thermal imaging can be used for to give you insight of the energy control the naked eye is unable to see.

 One repair I seem to do a lot of is drywall Repair Wet, stained, scratched, holes, bad joints and just about any other kind of repair you can think of I can repair. 

When I am done you will never know there was every damage to the drywall. 

Interior and exterior small paint jobs. Most of my painting is done in the course of building new or repairing materials that need painting. I will be happy to look at your project to see if falls in my scope of work.

 ​I have repaired more doors and windows than my share. Some of the doors were damaged so bad the owners gave up on them and wanted a new one. I am usually able to repair them but will replace if necessary.
